Welcome to HERITAGE

What to Expect on Sunday Morning

Sunday School @ 9:45am

Worship @ 11:00am

For nearly 25 years HERITAGE FELLOWSHIP has been an anchor in the community, affirming your faith where you are but giving you room to grow. At HERITAGE we offer a traditional worship experience. We are led in worship by a choir accompanied primarily by piano and organ (occasionally joined by violin, cello, flute, or guitar), we sing hymns together out of a hymnal, and our pastor's message aims to connect God's word to our everyday lives.

Each week we hope you'll leave HERITAGE having felt something, learned something, and having been encouraged to do something. We believe that the experience of God in worship has the power to transform us, so every week our prayer is that God will use our worship hour to change our lives.

It shouldn’t be so hard to find an inclusive church community.

At HERITAGE, there’s room for you to know and be known by others. We have an active, inclusive senior community. We understand that as your family matures and the configuration shifts, that you may be searching for a community of people to join where you can feel like like you belong and are valued. We intentionally work to create that type of welcoming community. And we offer a full range of activities to nurture your spirit and help you navigate the later years. Connect with others who might be navigating life’s transitions right there with you. There’s no judgment here.

If you're curious about what a Sunday message might be like, you can listen HERE.  But what we'd most like is for you to experience HERITAGE in person.  Worship begins each Sunday at 11 AM.

Holy. Healthy. Whole.

At HERITAGE, our goal is to help individuals, families and communities become holy, healthy and whole, so that as we become more like Christ, Cherokee County will look more like God's kingdom. Read more about our local mission projects here.

Our process is simple. We participate in the holy presence of God in our weekly worship services. We develop healthy relationships with each other and a growing relationship with God in our discipleship groups. And we work together to build whole communities by finding places to serve.

The best part about it...we NEED your help!

So how can you get connected? The best place for you to start is by joining us for worship on a Sunday morning. From there, whether you're looking for a place for your children, looking to join a small group, or wanting to connect through a service project or mission team, you'll find clear pathways to increased engagement with us.

How Do I Get to HERITAGE?

We are located on HWY 140 at 3615 Reinhardt College Pkwy between Canton and Waleska.

From I-575 North, take exit 20 (Riverstone Pkwy) Turn left onto Riverstone Pkwy. Turn right at the fifth traffic light, Reinhardt College Pkwy (Hwy 5 Connector). Follow until it dead ends at Hwy 140 West, then turn right. You will see Great Sky neighborhood on your right, and we are one mile past there on the left.

What Do I Do When I Get There?

Parking is located on either side of our building, and it's all convenient to the sanctuary. Our worship entrance is located at the front of our building. You can't miss it. A greeter (often the pastor!) will meet you at the door to welcome you, and our welcome team can answer any questions you have, so don't be afraid to let them know it's your first time here.

What About My Children?

A welcome team member will take you to our children's area and help you get your children checked in to the right classroom or nursery. We’re small, but we’re growing. All of our children's volunteers are well-trained and screened in accordance with our Child Protection Policy, and many former educators attend our church. Your child's safety and comfort is EXTREMELY important to us!
